We do our dry brushing with exfoliationg glovesor brushes(depending on the clients skin), brushing away the outer most dead layers of skin. An ancient time-tested Ayurvedic treatment. Shiro means “head” and dhara means “flow” or “stream”. My Shirodhara treatment is the gentle steady flow of warm Herbal oil across the forehead. The session is performed in silence and runs one hour long . Shirodhara calms improves mental clarity, comprehension and benefits the central nervous system.
Includes scalp, neck, shoulder and foot massage incorporated into treatment.  This treatment is entirely silent except for light music in back ground.  Please ALLOW 20 to 30 minutes after service to acclimate your body to the present time in order to drive.
